Miguel Milá: A Life in Design traces the career of one of the pioneers of Spanish industrial design. Born as an interior designer during the early years of modernism, Milá began to handcraft objects he could not find on the market, using raw and sustainable materials. From these prototypes, some of his most iconic furniture and lamps were born. The book presents a selection of his most emblematic works, created between 1956 and 2021, with archive photographs, original drawings and new shots of his home in Barcelona by Nacho Alegre.
