STORE MANAGER - MILAN

We are looking for a highly motivated Store Manager for our store in Milan.
In this role you will provide leadership to the team, setting an excellent standard for the store and inspiring the team to achieve it.

Responsabilities:

- Establish a constant focus on the Store’s brands, continually driving engagement, knowledge and passion for the brands across the store team;
- Maintain a welcoming environment, ensuring excellent execution and maintenance of Visual Merchandising guidelines across the store;
- Drive the performance and growth, through excellent operational and commercial execution with a customer-centric attitude;
- Work to foster client loyalty and expand our brand presence;
- Have excellent products and brands knowledge and drive the same standard across the store team;
- Oversee stock and store operations.

Requirements:

- At least 5 years' fashion store management experience;
- Customer centric with a positive attitude;
- Fluent in English and Italian – other languages will be considered a plus;
- Strong interest in fashion and love for emerging designers/labels;
- Flexible to work as required to meet store needs.

SALES ASSISTANT - MILAN

We are looking for an outstanding and highly motivated Sales Assistant to join our team for our new Milanese Store. The ideal candidate has an innate sense of style, a strong interest in fashion culture as well as an empatethic approach.

Responsabilities:
- Provide the best in-store experience to local and international clients;
- Promote our values and engage the clients to maintain long-term reletionships;
- Support in Visual Merchandising activities;
- Support in Warehouse and E-commerce operations (dispatch orders, picking, packaging).

Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills;
- Strong interest in fashion and love for emerging designers/labels;
- Previous retail experiences in Fashion/Art/Design;
- Fluent in Italian and English.
