You will lead the daily operations of our Col di Lana store, driving commercial performance while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will develop the team, build long-term client relationships and represent the identity and culture of WOK.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the daily operations of the store, setting priorities and ensuring operational excellence.
• Ensure outstanding Visual Merchandising standards, store presentation and customer experience.
• Deliver an exceptional shopping experience while building long-term relationships with clients.
• Support events and initiatives dedicated to the WOK community.
• Drive commercial performance by monitoring results and identifying growth opportunities.
• Inspire customers through deep product knowledge and the stories behind our brands.
• Represent WOK's values and identity with professionalism, passion and integrity.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in the fashion industry.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to drive store performance.
• Natural leadership, empathy and the ability to inspire and develop a team.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for building long-term client relationships.
• A collaborative mindset, curiosity and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• Passion for fashion, contemporary culture and emerging designers.
• Strong organisational skills, proactivity and an entrepreneurial attitude.
• Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are considered a plus.
