SHIPPING INFORMATION
Delivery times include order processing and shipping.
Factors that may delay your order include location, public holidays, sales periods, and product availability in our warehouse. Please note that, depending on the destination country, you may be required to pay local taxes and duties upon delivery, for which WokStore cannot be held responsible. Refusal to pay such charges will result in the cancellation of the order. Shipping and customs clearance costs associated with a cancellation will be deducted from the refund.
IMPORT DUTIES / CUSTOMS INFORMATION
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are calculated by the local customs authorities. We strongly recommend that customers check local regulations before placing an order.
Local sales tax will be applied at checkout in selected regions where required.
It is the customer’s responsibility to declare and pay any applicable taxes on purchases not taxed by WokStore, unless exempt under local regulations.
Please review this information carefully before completing your purchase.
Authorities may require additional information or payment before releasing the parcel. If the customer refuses to provide the requested information or payment, the parcel will not be delivered and will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, return shipping costs and refusal fees will be charged to the customer. Customs duties are non-refundable if an order is returned.
RETURNS
All returns must be requested through our dedicated platform:

Items can be returned within 14 days from delivery.
All products must be unworn, in perfect condition, and with original tags and packaging intact.
WOK Store reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements. In such cases, the customer will be notified by email.
Return shipping costs are not covered by us. During the Rever process, the customer can choose their preferred shipping method.
IN-STORE RETURNS
Returns or size exchanges can be made directly in-store within 14 days from delivery, always through the Rever platform.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
REFUND TIMELINE
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving and verifying the returned items.
Please note that, according to service provider regulations, vouchers (e.g. Edenred and similar) used for online purchases are non-refundable, even in case of returns or order cancellations.
