SALES & OPERATIONS ASSISTANT (Internship)

Location: Milan (Wok Store - Viale Col di Lana)

We are looking for an outstanding and highly motivated Sales & Operations Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate has an innate sense of style, a strong interest in fashion culture as well as a natural empathetic approach.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provide the best in-store experience to local and international clients.
• Promote our values and engage customers to maintain long-term relationships.
• Manage visual merchandising and assist with warehouse organization.
• E-commerce operations (order processing, picking, packaging).

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills.
• Strong interest in fashion and passion for emerging designers/labels.
  
• Fluent in Italian and English.
