SALES ASSOCIATE – WOK STORE (MILAN)

We are looking for motivated Sales Associate to join the team for our Store in Viale Col di Lana.
The ideal candidate has a natural empathetic approach to the customer and a strong organizational sense as well as a significant interest in fashion culture.

Responsabilities:
- Offer the best experience to local and international customers;
- Promote our values and engage customers to maintain a long-term relationship;
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the store's sales performance and optimize sales of the available product;
- Support warehouse and e-commerce operations (order processing, picking, packaging).
- Maintain a welcoming environment, ensuring excellent execution of Visual Merchandising guidelines throughout the store;
- Drive the performance and growth, through excellent operational and commercial execution with a customer-centric attitude;
- Work to foster client loyalty and expand our brand presence.

Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal skills and effectiveness in communication;
- Previous retail sales experience in Fashion/Art/Design contexts;
- Fluent in English and Italian – other languages will be considered a plus;
- Strong interest in fashion and passion for emerging designers/brands;
- Flexible to work as required to meet store needs.
