PICK UP IN STORE
If you have made a collection request in store, you will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is ready for collection.

SHIPPING – ITALY & WORLDWIDE
Delivery times include both order processing and shipping.
Factors that may delay your item include location, holidays, sale periods, and whether the item is currently available in our warehouse.
Please note that, depending on the order and destination country, you may be required to pay local taxes and import duties upon receipt of your order, for which WokStore cannot be held responsible. Refusal to pay these charges will result in the cancellation of the entire order. Any shipping and customs clearance costs related to a cancellation will be deducted from the refunded amount.

IMPORT DUTIES / CUSTOMS TAX INFORMATION
Orders shipped outside the European Union are subject to import taxes, calculated by the local customs office.
We strongly recommend that customers check the tax regulations for their shipping destination before completing their purchase.

Local sales tax will be applied to all orders at checkout in selected states, where applicable. It is the customer’s responsibility to report any purchases of tangible personal property not taxed by WokStore and to pay use/sales tax on such purchases, unless exempt under local state law.

Authorities may request additional information or payment before releasing the package to the customer.
If the customer refuses to provide the requested information or payment, the package will not be delivered and will be returned to our warehouse.
In this case, customers will be charged a return shipping fee and a refusal handling fee.
Customs duties are non-refundable by WokStore if an order is returned to us.

RETURNS
Items purchased on wok-store can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

All items must be unworn and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact in order to be returned.
WokStore reserves the right to refuse returned items that do not meet the required requirements. If your return is rejected, you will be notified by email.

Return shipping costs are not covered by us, if you are interested you can use our paid DHL service by contacting us via email at editor@wok-store.com.

RETURNED IN BOUTIQUE
It is possible to make the return or change the size in the boutique within 14 days from the delivery date.
The refund of the sums paid for the Products to be returned will take place according to the method by which the payment for the Products was made.

REPAYMENT PERIOD
We will process the refund by Wire Transfer within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Please note that refunds of payments created via the "Credit Card" method can take up to 30 days to be visible to the end customer.

Please note that, in accordance with the policies of the service providers, shopping vouchers (e.g. Edenred and similar) used for online purchases are non-refundable under any circumstances, including in the case of returns or order cancellations.
